Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N22MK, which is a gorgeous and highly upgraded Mitsubishi MU-2P. N22MK is owned by a BeechTalk member and is located at Tulsa International Airport (KTUL) in Tulsa, OK. This awesome MU-2P will cruise between 295 knots and 305 knots (depending on the temperature).

N22MK has been maintained by the last 2 owners with an open checkbook by both Intercontinental Jet Services in Tulsa, OK and Jet Air Group in Green Bay, WI. Both maintenance facilities are highly respected in the MU-2 community.

N22MK has the upgraded -10 engines and the owner has them on the 5000 TBO schedule which allows for the hot section inspections to be done at 2500 hours. The engines currently have 1883 hours since overhaul (and they were overhauled by Honeywell). The propellers were overhauled in 11/2019 and currently have 152 hours on them. They also have a 7 year calendar TBO due to the owner taking advantage of an AMOC which is a nice improvement over the standard 5 year calendar requirement.

The Panel on this MU-2 is incredible as it has a G600, dual GTN 750's, GWX 70 radar, GTS 800 active traffic system, dual ADS-B transponders (with one being a 345 for ADS-B in traffic and weather), XM weather via the GDL 69, WX 500 Stormscope, Flight Stream 510, GMA 35c remote audio panel, Alpha Systems AOA indicators, and much more.

Cosmetically, the plane is in outstanding condition. The paint was redone by Ranger Aviation Enterprises in 2015 and is gorgeous. The interior was also done by Ranger a year earlier and equally as nice.

N22MK has numerous MU-2 upgrades such as the torque knee spring, voice alerting system, tip tank fuel dump system, pneumatic de-ice monitoring system, and tip tank pressure-vacuum relief valve system. It also has other upgrades such as LED lights and a Tanis engine pre-heat system.

The only 2 instances of damage that I could find are a nose gear collapse on landing in 2004 and also a very minor hangar rash incident with the right tip tank in 2019.

I have pasted the spec sheet below and in it are Dropbox links to the logbooks and photo gallery. I can also email the FAA records and current maintenance status sheet on request. Please email or call any time to discuss this turn-key and awesome MU-2P. Thank you!

-Neal

N22MK has been relocated to Intercontinental Jet Services at Tulsa International Airport in Tulsa, OK. It will remain there for the duration of the sale process.

We also reduced the price to $649,000.

Saw her taxi by when having work done on my 310 there. You’re not kidding when you say she’s a looker! If insurance weren’t well nigh impossible to get, I’d have been running after you with my checkbook that day. Sigh... Maybe in a year or two with more 310 time.

It’s a race. I hope I’m winning.

Beautiful bird.

Why is the AP control head down on the floor? Is that the original factory location?

The head rotates up so that the face is horizontal. It's actually fairly convenient. The head is rotated down to ease entry and exit.
