N724BD is a 1980 Beechcraft Baron 58P. The aircraft is owned by a BeechTalker and is based in Natchitoches, LA.

After acquiring N724BD in 2014, I performed extensive maintenance and recently installed a really nice panel upgrade with the addition of a GTN 750, GNC 255A, GMA 350C, GTX 345, and FlightStream 510. It also has FIS weather available on the PFD and the GTN750. On board color radar is available on the GTN750 via the Garmin radar card. Of course the panel integrates nicely with an Ipad for flight planning a situational data. This aircraft was maintained for several years by our own Don Lawrenz prior to it being acquired by me. Recent annuals have been performed by Beaver Air Services in Houston, TX (recognized as a Beechcraft Center of Excellence by ABS while that program was in effect); the last annual was completed in February 2019.

The cosmetics are in good condition as it was last painted in October 1998 and has always been hangared. The interior is also good with carpet and Leather seats.

N724BD is certified for flight into known ice but the windshield deice hot plate, while operating, is crazed.

The left engine was installed in March 1993 and has 1756 since factory new. The right engine was installed in October 1997 and has 1270 on a Gold Medallion Factory Reman.

Both props are 176 since overhaul.

After recently retiring and relocating to Louisiana my mission profile has changed so I have decided to sell. Please contact me anytime with questions about this great 58P.
