I'm selling my 1952 C-45H with an very extensive annual and a fresh weight & balance which is wrapping up.

PM me for more details if anyone is interested before I put on controller or list it with a broker. Located in Delaware.

TTSNEW: 8,875
Never a freighter
No damage history in records or 337's on file which indicate prior damage.
200+ hrs. left on spar x-ray
No interior aft of cockpit
NOS control surfaces with fresh fabric
Wings recently zinc primed internally, new leading edges installed (removal of de-ice).
Fuel / Oil tanks painted
All new oil / fuel lines / scat tubing etc.
Landing gear & wheels painted, I believe seals were replaced as well.
New tires & tubes
New wheel bearings and races.
Freshly rebuilt tail gear / strut.
New Hooker Harnesses
NOS nose cone.
Air stair door

Left Engine:
SMOH: 475 hrs.
STOH: 58 hrs.

Right Engine:
SMOH: 75 hrs.

PROPS:
AD due 10/2020
