Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N2295L, which is a 1976 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza. N2295L is based at Forest Hill Airpark (MD31) near Baltimore, MD. The owner is selling as he just bought a newer A36 from me.

N2295L has no known damage history and has great maintenance pedigree (as it has been maintained by a great shop in Forest Hill, MD for years). Cosmetically the paint is average for its age as it was last repainted in 1992 (has chips in various areas and leading edges are worn as can be expected) but the interior is in good shape and it was last done in 2013.

The panel is great with a GTN 750, KFC 200 autopilot, GTX 345R ADS-B In/Out transponder, GMA 35 remote audio panel, and Insight G3 engine monitor. N2295L also has a few other really nice positives such as D'Shannon tip tanks and factory air conditioning.

A detailed spec sheet is below along with Dropbox links to the logbooks and high resolution photo gallery. I have also uploaded photos as well. Please call or write anytime to discuss this wonderful A36 Bonanza. Thank you!

-Neal

Do the A36's with AC only have vents in the front? How does it do at cooling the plane off? Also, without the rear baggage area, where is the best place for luggage?

Michael,

Yes, the factory air conditioning system only blows cold air from vents in the panel in the cockpit. It does a pretty good job of cooling the plane down but obviously the front 2 seats cool down faster than the rear cabin area. A friend is flying N2295L from FL to MD right now and said it is blowing very cold.

As far as the luggage goes, most pre-1979 A36 owners I know remove a rear seat (or two) and put their bags in that area. That said, Approach Aviation's Smart Space Extended Aft Baggage Area STC is a wonderful upgrade for a pre-1979 A36. Here is a link to their website: http://www.approachaviation.com/html_pa ... enter.html

Hi Michael,

My A36 is similar (i.e. pre-1979, without the extended baggage area). I thought this might be a problem when I bought the plane in 2012, in which case I would install the STC Neal mentioned.

I needn't have worried. There is room for a couple of duffle bags between the first and second row of seats. And by folding up seats or removing them, or simply placing larger bags on top of a seat, I have all the space need. When we travel as a family of 5, a few times we have shipped some of our luggage ahead, but in those cases useful load was a bigger limitation than space.

Ad updated to reflect new location near Baltimore MD, updated hours, and fresh wing spar carry through inspection (no cracks found).

Neal, is there an overlay on the attitude indicator? I've never seen one with crosshairs like that.

Eric,

That is a dual-cue flight director. The "v bar" flight director you are used to seeing is a single-cue flight director. The dual-cue is more common on transport category jets.
