Gross Weight: 2950 lbs
Basic Empty Weight: 2030 lbs
Useful Load: 920 lbs
Empty CG: 78.18

Fuel Capacity: 90 gallons (84 usable) in main/aux/tips

Avionics:
Garmin GNS 430 WASS GPS Navigator
BK KX-155 NAV/COM #2 (no GS)
GI-106A CDI #1
KI-208 CDI #2
PS Engineering PMA7000 Audio Panel
JPI 730 engine monitor
Stratus ES ADS-B transponder
Stratus 3i ADS-B receiver (hardwired to ships power displays wireless to ipad)
Artex 345 ELT
no autopilot

Additional Equipment:
BDS speedslope windshield, gap seals, tip tanks
BDS instrument panel conversion (no piano keys)
Interav alternator conversion
Pilot/Co-pilot shoulder harness

Electric boost pump (no wobble)
Dual yoke

Exterior:
Paint is good from far, but far from good. Ruddervator paint is starting to weaken/flake. Don't worry, the primer is still intact and I've taken the Ben Weeks approach of coating with light oil. Luckily there's no corrosion and the paint shop on the field has done many Vtails.

Interior:
Interior 4 - side panels need replacement, dated.

Recent Maint:
L/R aileron control rod ends (2019)
Reseal tip tanks/sight strips (2019)
New RG35A battery (2019)
Overhauled Air/Fuel controller and manifold (2019)

GNS430 WASS upgrade (2018)
Ruddervator Fairleads (2018)
Electric boost pump overhaul (2018)
New L Main tire (2018)

General:
Aircraft hangared at KAJO, Corona, CA
Annual Inspection Due: 08/2020
I was planning to put in a G5 or G3X, or Dynon HDX, and add the associated autopilot but with a growing family the wife wants more room so looking for an A36.

Mechanically it's been extremely reliable. With new paint and interior it would be very sharp. The maintenance, after my purchase, has been at Hammock Aviation in TX and Expert Aviation in CA.

Damage History. Yes, in 1990 a refueling truck struck plane while it was tied down. This is when the FWF 470 conversion was performed. No issues since.

LOGS:

https://drive.google.com/folderview?id= ... sJWWDL6x1e

History history: This is an interesting plane, in that I think I'm the 5th owner.
Here's a cool breakdown:
2/18/55 - Beech Aircraft Corp issues bill of sale to Roscoe Turner Aeronautical Corp
That same day, it's signed over to Ohio Oil Company (Standard Oil)
8/10/60 - Leasing company buys plane
6/15/61 - angels aviation (Christian outfit) purchases and it changes hands to various ministries until 1990
1990 - My A&P/hangar neighbor's brother buys the plane after the van strike/engine conversion in Canada
2010 - My A&P friend imports the plane to the US and it joins the flying club (and I first saw the plane around 2012)
2018 - A&P sells it to me!

For 30 nearly years it was owned by the same family and lived in Canada/Dallas, and before that it was owned for nearly 30 years by a church organization and lived all over GA, FL, and Canada.

My timeline for selling is not urgent, but I do need to free up funds for an eventual A36 purchase.

Sorry, the lambo is not included with sale.

Hi Werner, it's an IO-470N.

Technically it's an IO-470LCN, which is an IO-470L that is converted to an IO-470N.

Thanks for the comment!

It's a nice flying plane with a solid engine, airframe, and good starting point on avionics.

Thanks for your patience guys. Went back to work last week and traveled to South Carolina. Strange experience being out of the house and in public finally.

Anyway, attached is the W&B calculator.

The POH is too large to post.

The tip tanks and engine conversion make the W&B hard to do without excel if you're a slow engineer-type like me. The POH numbers are exceeded with the engine upgrade (kinda like the 550 language). I think a realistic choice is to just use P35 numbers.
