FS: 1973 58 Baron, 385.000.00 I rebuilt this aircraft from the wheels up...no vacuum , low time RAM IO 520 CB ...Due to a cancer drug I have been put on I have lost my Class 2 so it is time to move on..The Plane can be seen on several sites and my broker lives at my airport...The best way to see the plane and logs is go to eastcoastaerogroup.com.

I sold this Baron about 3 years ago. None of the panel upgrades had been done. I can say it was a very well maintained airplane and flew very nicely. I sold it to an individual in Ms then was traded to Van Bortel and sold to the present owner.

Sure is pretty now!

I thought that was it. I missed out on it when Gary had it. He called me on it and I dragged my feet. It looked excellent then as well.

One nice looking Baron. Be interesting to see the actual seeing price. My Baron (1973, comparable frame and engine times) has a comparable panel, IO 550s, boots. Paint is not as good but nice. Will tell me the value of mine, or close to it.

Hi Art, I left no stone unturned when I did the rebuild...I have about 425,000. in the plane.I was going to add air this summer but being retired it was no big deal since I can wear casual clothes...then I got the medical pulled and that made my decision...I will post what it sells for...go to the east coast aero link to see what was done.....David

David:

I’ve done just about everything you’ve done, except paint. You did a fine job.

I really wish this had been around a few months earlier when I was shopping for a 58. This is as creme-puff an airplane as somebody could possibly buy.

Where did you get that smaller, fold out table? I want one!

Looks like a top notch renovation.
A labor of love, it must be, because it will never go for that price..
You’re bumping up against to within spitting distance to the cost of a g36.
