Hello Beechcraft friends!

We're looking for a partner for our 1981 Beechcraft Sierra C24R. We have the plane hangared at KSTS, Santa Rosa, CA. Our hangar is at the 'Gun Club' which is a desirable part of the airport, away from the main ramp and busy commercial operations.

$27,500 for 1/2 ownership
1981, TT 2619, SMOH 1163
Lycoming IO-360, 200 HP
952 useful load
2 doors & a large baggage door
Hangared at KSTS ‘Gun Club’
Tail Beacon will be installed in October to be ADS-B out compliant
