Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N7769R, which is an incredibly nice 1969 V35A Bonanza that is owned by a BeechTalk member and based on Las Vegas, NV.

N7769R has no damage history that I could find in the logbooks and databases or that the owner is aware of.

The current owner took an already well-maintained and upgraded Bonanza and over his 4 years of ownership constantly improved it with both upgrades and preventative maintenance work. A quick look at he maintenance performed since 2013 bears that out.

The panel is one of the strongest areas of the plane with the Aspen PFD, GNS 430W, GTX 345 ADS In/Out, Auracle engine management system, AOA, STEC 60-2 w/GPSS, etc.

The owner is also one of the strongest parts of the plane due to his approach to the maintenance and how he flies the plane, etc. He is a retired military pilot and as fastidious and conscientious as it gets with respect to ownership and aviation.

Below is a comprehensive spec sheet with Dropbox links to the logbooks and high resolution photo gallery. I can also email the FAA records upon request. Please email or call anytime to discuss this incredible Bonanza which is loaded with a ton of value. Thank you!

I've known this airplane for years. It's the kind of plane the owner is going to regret selling. The future buyer is getting a real gem!

Great looking plane! Love my AOA on the glareshield. I think everyone should have one up there. New owner will be a lucky pilot to have that plane.

Owner is an Air Force guy...which made your original post amusing.
