Thank you for the kind words Jesse Johnson. Unfortunately for us old guys who were born at night, but just not last night, BeechTalk has gone the way of other social media. And you are correct, this is stomping but that's OK too because it just reflects the character, or lack thereof, of the authors.
There used to be a time when, on occasion, we'd receive a friendly PM from a member to say "Hey you may want to check this" but those days of grace and civility are long gone or so it seems. After 54 years of flying, 500+ successful acquisition transactions, 88 airplanes I've owned personally, two years on the ABS board of directors, 13,000 safe flight hours and an ATP, it really matters not to me, and apparently not to the new owners of BeechTalk, how bad things have become on what used to be a highly informative and respectful forum. We have hundreds of former customers on this site, and many repeat customers, who know the quality of our work on behalf of our contract buyers, and who often come to our defense seeing posts like those above. For that I am most thankful and Nick and I appreciate your continued business.
Was the information I provided flawed? Apparently so and for that I apologize for the second time, to all the people who posted on this thread and were sincerely interested in the airplane itself... ZERO!
Was the data incomplete? Absolutely, because like almost every aircraft we represent, all systems and avionics are either made operational or in the process of being made so, although not noted in the past log entries. My posting of the information I had at the time was premature.
Finally, we now have a contract on the airplane so I will be removing the listing in the near future. God bless you all!!

Congrats, Randy It is indeed disappointing having also been witness to the devolvement of BT. Fortunately there are still many good people here which make the site worth visiting.
