John, you know me too well! And you sir…were also lurking on Jon’s Peddlers ad.  I suspect this could be maintained for less than the P. Need a bigger hangar! Jon, how is she at San Carlos?

I think this was Earl Martins plane out of Hobby. Under his ownership it had perfect maintenance. I don’t recall the circumstances of the gear up but it was repaired perfectly to factory specs. He babied this at great expense. If this was his it’s likely one of the finest specimens available . Don’t know about subsequent owner.
