Intercoolers are in wing root. One of the pictures shows the scoop on the right wing (inboard of the engine). My understanding is that the in wing intercoolers are not as effective as the AAC under engine intercoolers and that you are not known ice with them. Jim Christy is the one to ask whether they can be used to get the full 350 (or 340 w/long props) HP. If you care. Biggest reason to want 700HP is that 700HP makes the plane eligible for the AAC Gross Weight Increase. Forrest
