The aircraft is hangared in Ann Arbor Michigan at KARB. The plane has the Ram VII engine conversions and it gives higher useful load. Plane in annual thru end of November and ready to fly home.
Logs are in good condition, well organized and complete since new, The plane comes with a spare engine and owner can install for additional cost. Spare engine is Ram VII TSIO-520-NB overhauled 2018 by Ram and removed 2025 with 875 SMOH. It had a prop strike and the crank was dialed. If you want an IRAN, I have a mechanic here who is experienced and can do it very inexpensively. The engine on the the plane runs great, so you could keep that in service and then swap this down the road, recovering the original engine's core value.
Seats have been reupholstered recently and carpet replaced. No deice boots, but has hot props. It had a gear collapse incident in 2007 about 20 years ago, fully documented and repaired
This 1972 Cessna 414 is a well-cared-for and upgraded pressurized, turbocharged twin-engine aircraft with RAM VII and high useful load. The previous owner invested in numerous upgrades and had one engine overhauled in their 11 years of ownership. One freshly overhauled engine has now been installed, and the aircraft is ready for its next owner.
Equipped with exceptional avionics, one newly overhauled engine, and one high-time engine, this 414 offers outstanding value. It features a Ram VII upgrade, delivering enhanced performance and a higher useful load. Located at KARB in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It's a fantastic pressurized twin capable of comfortably flying seven passengers over 1,000 miles at speeds exceeding 220 knots. Don't miss this opportunity to own a high-performance aircraft. Times are approximate.
