Selling for a friend and hanger neighbor. N631SA is as good as it gets. The Factory New IO550 was installed in September along with a Fresh overhaul on the propeller and annual inspection. With 3275 TTAF, and only 1.2 hours on the engine. Deshannon tip tanks, DeShannon Baffle STC installed with the new engine giving a useful load of 1377lbs. Factory AC, Full Garmin panel was done 3 years ago that makes this truly a turn key Bonanza. Just advertised on Controller https://www.controller.com/listings?keywords=n631sa for more details but really should have offered it here first. Please call or text. Scott Cunningham 404-520-2628
