Aircraft has been sitting in Arizona port-a-port hangar for last ten years or so. Flew last around decade ago, last annual around same time 2009-2012 maybe. Owner passed some time ago and family is ready to sell. Would make a great project for someone. Heirs know little to nothing about it and are searching for logs, some found, majority lost. If you’re up for a little wash and wax, and heaps of AD compliance work, this might be for you. Total times unknown, last logbook entry showed around 900smoh, 150 since top overhaul and 3000hr TT on motor. Can’t be certain engine wasn’t changed, but I’d guess it’s E-185.
To be clear, this is not my plane, owner has asked for assistance selling and they have very limited aviation knowledge.
PM if interested and we can discuss further. Having trouble uploading photos, will update when I can.
Asking $15,000 to appease the TOS. Make an offer

It’s not fair for us to snag up another one when we still have the Washington 35 sitting in the back of the hangar with little to no progress made.

This video will likely be essential for whomever decides to take this project on if they aren’t local. The description of the video on YT contains a fairly detailed write up of tools and rollers ect necessary for transporting an early bonanza.
