We have a small flight school in the Northeast (KHYA) and we picked up a Cessna 150J last spring to have as a spare. Since that time we've add two more Cherokees so we don't need an extra 150. Total time is about 4500 and 1750 SMOH.

It is a solid little airplane that just came out of a VERY complete Annual. As you might expect, there was a lot of deferred maintenance over its life time and all has been addressed. Compressions are good and we just installed three new tires. I'm happy to send the full write up and current AD list. The paperwork for this plane is 100% in order.

The STOL kit involves gap seals, droop tips and VGs. It is a nice short field performer - well as good as you can expect from a 150. Useful load is about 520lbs.

The paint is about half original and half redone/touched up. The carpet is decent and the seat bottoms are OK. There are a couple of splits in the seat back cushion and it would benefit from some upholstery work.
