Dying with cancer PLEASE only Text to 478-719-8457 If actually interested in buying. Not interested in brokers or condolences as I only have a few days left to live and don’t want that time spent answering questions and need to sell one of the nicest 1980 Beechcraft A36TC Bonanza EA-68 N#6641T that’s in the market. I’ve owned it since October 2012.
I was on a specific wait list for the best Beechcraft Mechanic slot in the US to open which came available 06/21/18. This is a Bob Ripley and Steven Ripley at Southern Aero Service ALL maintained aircraft after waiting for years for a spot so there are ZERO squawks or issues to be concerned with. Bring your mechanic(s). You may or may not be aware he holds the American Bonanza Society tech specialist and holds service clinics all over the US. They have performed ALL maintenance on my aircraft because I only wanted “THE BEST”
Now, aircraft specs and time:
1980 Beechcraft Bonanza A36-TC serial # EA-68 with factory TSIO-520UB, Factory Built in Oxygen, No A/C, Full Ceramic Coating last year, 15 Gallon D’Shannon Tip Tanks, all LED lights inside and out, Brand New CUSTOM Leather Interior and EVERY New Garmin TXI Glass option over 125k installed JULY 3, 2020.
Last Annual Inspection August 02,2024. Compressions 1) 74/80, 2) 69/80, 3) 74/80, 4) 67/80, 5) 65/80, and #6 is 71/80. Using Master Orifice of 45/80.
ACTT: 4070.10 ENGTT: 2714.73, SMOH: 1114.73 with all new Factory Millennium Cylinders, Prop Balanced January 2021 and results were .02 which is extremely smooth.
Last IFR Certification August 2024
New Concord GF battery installed July 2024
D’Shannon baffle seals installed at time of new cylinder installation
Door steward installed at time of interior and avionics installation.
Last Weight and balance performed 12/15/20 Empty Weight: 2546.13 lbs Empty Weight: 78.33” Aircraft Maximum Weight: 3833lbs Aircraft Useful Load: 1286.87
All Avionics installed by Rendrag Aviation in Thomaston GA by David Gardner. G500TXi MFD/PFD GTN 750 TXI GTN 650 TXI Remote 345 Transponder Remote 35C Audio Panel G500 engine Monitor with CIES senders and ALL available features G5 with the G500 Auto Pilot and (ALL) options. Pitch/Trim/Roll and any other features available.
I know this add is not standard but in final stages of cancer of Brain, Lungs, Liver, Spinal, ETC, so I’m just trying to get this ad for sale completed and posted before I physically couldn’t before.
The market is 500 - 575k from what I have found and do not expect them to take less or for anyone to take advantage of my family and our situation.
Any of the vendors can be reached for questions or comments about the plane.
Plane is located at (6A1) Butler, GA
Text only please 478-719-8457 Or private message on facebook or comment on posts. I will have someone reach out to you.
Highly recommended and appreciated for you to perform a pre-buy inspection, bring Insurance qualified pilot for test flight.
Kevin Cole is my Aircraft Insurance agent with the Cole Agency in Montezuma, GA that has ALWAYS provided me with GREAT rates as well as service. He is also A36 qualified.
Thank you all for your time, support and consideration.

May you and your family find peace. Good on you for laying out the ground rules for the sale of your plane.
The airplane is a knockout! But you knew that.
Might I suggest that your family make connection with Neal Schwartz, in case they need an honest, and professional broker to help them dispose of the plane at a price befitting its condition. Neal would do right by you, your family, and your plane. And engaging him would also give you peace of mind that that aspect of your estate will be handled properly. Agree 110% with everything John posted. God bless you and your family.

Contact Neal. As everyone knows he is honest and ethical. This is advice I would personally follow.

Me too, but I’m going to admit now that the passing has occurred I was disgusted that brokers were being recommended when the second sentence in his post said no brokers.
There I got it off my chest as it’s been really ticking me off. Although I know it was meant in good faith.
Now, I have a story for you. I bought my last airplane from Neal who was representing a widow and the family. Within hours of the add hitting the internet, I had it under contract. I had been shopping daily for almost 9 months. The owner had just and I mean just gotten his airplane back after months in the avionics shop and over a 100,000s in avionics and other improvements. When I realized the situation I started backing out as I felt like I was compounding their grief. But learned I was actually helping so I bought the plane and it was a great one, Neal was fine and it went ok. He helped explain a few items to the widow etc. and helped me work through some items. I flew home it home to Wisconsin from DC and wrote the widow about how nice it was and how much I appreciated what went into it. She wrote back and said it meant a lot to her that someone had it who appreciated her husbands efforts, as he loved it too.
So I hope something similar happens here, I’d get involved but my budget can’t take that right now, too bad it really looks like a great plane.

It helps when you realize the sentiment is "I hope the widow is connected with a GOOD broker that can be trusted and relieve her of this burden" Now to really boil your blood, wonder to yourself how many bottom-feeders have already offered the widow a "generous $200k" or similar to help "honor his memory and overpay to ease..." selling off the departed's plane.

There is likely a probate case that needs to occur seeing the asset was owned individually. Maybe our late BT brother signed a bill of sale prior to his passing placing the property into his and his widow’s name as tbe or jt w/ros ;)
