N540JD is a beautiful, well maintained, wonderful flying and fast Extra 300 midwing. She has been flown frequently, but not a ton of hours under my ownership. The motor has Lycon cylinders and with recent mags and plugs. It runs very clean with minimal oil use. The glass is in great condition. The downsides of this plane are the partial logs and possibly the Experimental status. Since I do not give dual in the plane, I found Experimental to be a significant benefit for cost effective ownership with great options for panel upgrades if desired.
Price $170,000 USD, I will listen to any reasonable offers in person. I will also consider some trades (55/58 Baron, Aerostar 600/600A, Super Decathlon)

There is also a spares package including multiple canopy frames, a new canopy glass, spare late model seat, and some additional items that are crated and ready to ship. Price on request. I would discuss individual sale after the plane is sold.
