Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N612H, which is an incredibly well-maintained and highly-upgraded 1972 Beechcraft E55 Baron. N612H is based at Camarillo Airport in Southern California and is owned by a BeechTalk member.

N612H is very low time for its age with only 3669 total hours. It also has 427 hours and 349 hours since factory rebuilt (2018 and 2020 respectively).

The plane has great cosmetics with its paint having been redone in 2014 and interior in 2013. Both show really well and their condition is consistent with its age (if not better).

The panel is incredibly impressive with its Garmin GFC 600 autopilot and dual G500 TXi 7" screens. The owner chose to have two 7" screens in order to have complete redundancy as each has its own AHRS and ADC units. The panel also has a GTN 750, GTR 225, GTX 345 ADS-B In/Out transponder, GMA 345 audio panel, and GTS 800 active traffic unit. Other panel upgrades include Aerospace Logic LCD fuel gauges (with CiES fuel senders), 406mhz ELT, and LEMO headset plugs.

Other upgrades and features include alcohol windshield and propeller deice, dual yoke, LED landing light, Spring Thing baggage strut, and Door Steward.

The aircraft just went through an incredibly extensive annual inspection with Dan Honeycutt at Honeycutt Aviation. They replaced all of the fuel cells and when they removed the right box cell they noticed some evidence of a hard landing on the right side. Dan removed the wing, repaired the damage, and went completely through the entire landing gear system and wing structure to ensure that anything that wasn't perfect was repaired perfectly. There wasn't any visible or obvious damage on the outside of the plane (such as wrinkling of the wing skins, etc). The entire repair and the rest of the annual inspection is all noted in a very detailed logbook entry.

N612H is an incredible example of an E55 Baron and is ready for a new home. I have pasted the spec sheet below and in the spec sheet is a Dropbox link that will bring you to the logbooks, photo gallery, and other records. Please reach out anytime to discuss this turn-key absolutely stellar E55. Thank you!

Super bummed to be selling it, but having 2 airplanes is not allowed.

Every time I fly it, she reminds me that nothing flies like a Beechcraft...

We moved over to the PA-46 world because the large family likes the Piper more in the back. However, a Beech is better for the folks up front. There have been some rough air days above the west coast lately and it is amazing how well the Beech handles the bumps compared to the Piper. I took them both up one day just to compare, and it felt like the autopilot was working double-time in the Piper compared to the Beech... Especially on the pitch axis. I know that is not the most "scientific" way to compare things but it was good enough to convince me.

We have been blessed to have that time with the Baron. She has taken care of us over the years and it will be hard to say goodbye just as we got her dialed-in.

You realize that your next plane will have to be a Tarverjet!

Very nice. I’m interested but think I’d rather hold out for a 550 powered 55 baron.
