What resulted in the engine overhaul at 430 hours and new prop at 570?

Back in the day, would’t have done anything to the engine. Insurance says do it these days. Nice flying and fun! Moved back to a E55 Baron. Hauls a$$ and all my sh!t! Taildraggin is in the blood now tho….. will get a different one at some point…..  Jim N979DM

Really is a nice plane folks. If in the market for one, this would be a good one. Newer wing design as well. Kinda hate to see it go, but…. Need the hangar space for the Baron.
