1998 Beech Bonanza A36 meticulously maintained 1206TT hobbs airframe, 1080 TT since new IO-550B Special Edition Continental Engine with GAMI injectors.
NOTE: We found some pitting on the lifters and cam and decided to have the engine overhauled by Poplar Grove. Once its completed and installed we will be listing it with a 0 SMOH overhaul with new cam and continental cylinders.
34 hours hobbs since prop overhaul. No damage history. Paint and interior and exterior 8.5+/10. Recent Avidyne IFD540, Skytrax100B ADSB in traffic and weather, AXP340 ADSB out transponder, PMA7000B audio panel, KDX155 NAV/COM with GS, KN64 DME, KR87 ADF, KLN90B GPS, KFC150 autopilot with KAS297 Altitude pre-select, Sandel SN3500 EHSI, Skywatch 497 Active Traffic, WX500 Storm scope, JPI EDM 700, P2 Gear Alert System, Co-pilot attitude indicator/air speed/altimeter, B&C standby alternator, G&D window inserts, JVE Vortex Generators, Factory Air Conditioner. Annual inspection completed on 7-2024. Always hangared. Owner's pride and joy! Regretfully, not flying enough to justify keeping it. Logs are in the process of being scanned along with weight & Balance data.
Asking $478,000 USD with a 0 SMOH Poplar Grove overhauled motor.

Engine was a factory warranty replaced due to catastrophic crankshaft failure. Raytheon replaced it with an SE engine.

We found some pitting on the lifters and decided to have the engine overhauled by Popular Grove. Once the engine is installed I will be re-listing it for sale with a 0 SMOH engine. Completion time is tentatively around the end of May or June of this year. Thanks for your interest!
