We are selling our 1989 Beechcraft 58 Baron.
The aircraft, along with its airframe and engine logbooks are currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (KFXE) where the aircraft is nearing completion of its annual inspection. The aircraft will need to be sold "as-is-where-is" as we are currently unable to obtain a fuel bladder until on or about late September or early October. Beech Part Numbers 60-921046-1 to 60-921046-3. As a result, we have priced the aircraft accordingly and the asking price is U.S. $395,0000.
You will also note in the specifications (below) that one engine is past overhaul and the asking price also takes that into consideration. While the aircraft did receive new paint and interior in early 2022 this aircraft has primarily served as a "work horse" where it has shuttled employees and parts for a construction company and as such has flown approximately 250 hours since the paint and interior was last redone in early 2022.
The aircraft, overall, is a very mechanically sound aircraft and has been a reliable aircraft. Please note, that the specifications in the email below shall be subject to buyer review and verification prior to purchase.

We would like to sell this aircraft and we are open to any reasonable offers. The aircraft was purchased in late 2017 where it was previously based in Shreveport, Louisiana. I have conducted an aircraft history report for this aircraft and from my research this Baron has always been owned and maintained in the United States. Prospective Buyers should conduct their own due diligence and verification of aircraft history and aircraft specifications prior to purchase.
