By the looks of the logbooks and the W&B, it appears to have been maintained by Kubick Aviation. I worked with the three main guys (Chad, Tim and John) starting in 1995, first as fellow employees, and later as a customer when Chad went out on his own. They maintained a C-441 for my customer (the one missing the tail on the website). When I sold that 441, a big Cessna shop that did the prebuy only came up with $11k of squawks on a $1.75M airplane!

My 414 is there now getting new boots and they will be doing the heavy maintenance on it going forward.

I can't say enough good about them and you won't find many, if any more experienced Twin Cessna shops in the country.
