***N1858P is no longer for sale and has been removed from the market.***
Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N1858P, which is a 1981 Beechcraft 58P. N1858P is owned by a BeechTalk member and is based at Fresno International Airport (KFAT) in Fresno, CAL. This plane was previously owned by the state of Utah for many years (and they put the majority of the hours on the plane.
N1858P has 6742 TT and 1177 SFRM and 1177 SPOH. It was painted in 1997 and the interior was redone in 2001. The cosmetics look consistent with its age.
There is also a little light filiform corrosion on both elevators that is being disclosed in both writing and in the photos. The only damage history that I can find in the plane's past is a nose gear collapse in 1997 (and the repairs were made by Stevens Aviation).
N1858P has a very functional avionics panel with a GNS 430W, GTX 345, HSI, flight director, and KFC 200 autopilot (with altitude pre-select).
This P-Baron is FIKI but there is light crazing on the hot plate and it is being sold as is. The plane also has Ice Shields installed along with VG's, a dual yoke, and co-pilot brakes.
Below is a complete spec sheet as well as a link to the Dropbox folder that will take you to the logbooks, high res photos, W&B, hour meter photo, and FAA 337's. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
