I buy and sell a fair amount of vehicles. My rule of thumb is to never mark it under contract or sold until the $ is in the bank. I also don’t alert other potential buyers to a potential sale. If a buyer backs out that leaves my option open to the other buyers. Just one guys opinion take it for what it is.
Totally gorgeous airplane Michael. Good luck with the sale.
