Aircraft: 1980 MU-2-60B Marquise Registration: N42AF Serial 787SA Price: USD 380,000 for 50% share.
I am looking for 1 (preferred local) partner to jointly own nicely equipped MU-2 Marquise.
I bought the aircraft last year and so far, it has been a fantastic experience. I operated the aircraft for about 163 hours, with a 100% dispatch reliability flying all over the Eastern and Southern United States. In the winter, I would routinely cruise at 300 KTS. Summertime, depending on weight it will cruise at 285 KTS, burning between 75 and 90 gallons per hour. With full fuel (Appr. 2,700 lbs.), the aircraft has a 1,300 Lbs. payload.
The aircraft is hangered in Greensboro, NC (KGSO) at Koury Aviation.
The aircraft has 12,080 hours and has an excellent maintenance pedigree. Both engines have 2600 SMOH and around 170 SHSI. Propellers have 370 SMOH, due 9/2025 w/AMOC.
Avionics wise, the aircraft is adequate equipped. • Garmin G600 primary flight display (PFD) and a multi-function (MFD) display • Garmin GNS 530W #1 WAAS GPS/Nav/Comm • Garmin GNS 430W #2 WAAS GPS/Nav/Comm • L-3 Avionics Skywatch 497 Collision Avoidance System with voice alerts • Garmin GTX-330ES ADS-B out Transponder • Garmin GTX-327 backup Transponder • Garmin Flight Stream 210 (Works with ForeFlight, easily load flight plans – including airways –to the GNS 430W/530W, the only reason I have not upgraded to a GTN750/ 650 combo) • Garmin WX Radar GWX-70 • Sperry SPZ-500 Flight Director and Autopilot. • Garmin GDL-69A XM weather • PS Engineering PMA-8000B audio panel • Insight TAS-1000 fuel/ Air data computer
The interior looks nice and is highly functional to carry 6 people in extreme comfort.
• 6 passengers’ executive/ configuration (2 Aft facing and 4 in a Club configuration) • Belted Lavatory (7th seat) • Light beige leather seating • Coffee bar/Liquor bar Refreshment center • Executive tables
I will take a few better interior and exterior pictures this weekend, the attached are the only ones on my phone.
If anyone is interested, call or text me at +1 (702) 461-6194
