I don't want to, but a new business venture is forcing my hand and I need to part with this beauty. I put on an additional 200hrs (approx) over the past year with multiple cross country trips. I invested approx 35K in repairs, updates, a prop overhaul, oxygen system overhaul, replaced a couple cylinders, and pressurization system overhaul. This is a great airplane but I must. part. with. it. (Boy that was difficult to say). With the higher time engines, I'm going to ask $400K. It uses very little oil, engines run smooth and start easily so I think they will continue to function well. This would be a great airplane to fly for the foreseeable future, then replace or overhaul the engines when needed and you've got a 600K airplane.

Hey Rod, Who am I to say but you might have better luck if you start a new thread. It is confusing the way it is now, selling an airplane on the previous sales thread. Just my two cents. Best of luck selling a beautiful plane. Id be calling you but only want a 55.
Cheers, Paul

It was owned by Bob, I have seen it many times at his hangar in Sebring. Bob kept everything he had immaculate, he had many planes, P51, AT6, BT's ect. I have pictures in my archives somewhere.. Bob,s hangar has been sold, haven't been there for a couple years. Don't know his status. I drooled over his 58P.
