Jg John, my recollection is that my dad’s D17S had 121 gallons fuel capacity. 29 gallons in the main fuselage tank and the 4 wing tanks at 23 gallons each. 21 GPH @ 156 KTAS was typical cruise at 60% power.

I plan on 22.5 gph. That works well for trips of any length and allows for climb and decent. Sven— 9470H is alive and well. Flown regularly and enjoyed by all.
