New to this site but have been an S35 owner for the past 25 years and have loved flying this fine bird every minute! Recently retired from owning an aviation business (FBO) and trying to hang on to keeping my plane. You all know the expense on a fixed budget! I had a partner before, but I'm solo in the plane now so this site will be helpful in finding valuable information in order to keep in the air safely and efficiently.

Hope all is well with you. Glad to hear you kept the plane. Let me know if I can ever be of any help.

Linda is one of the good ones. Many of the locals, including me, logged a few hundred hours bugging her while we hung out BSing in her office . I sure do miss that place. The local airport hasn't been the same since she retired.

Thanks all for the warm welcomes! I'll try to upload a picture soon. And thanks, Robert, for the especially kind words. I sure miss all you guys but not the hours and headaches of owning a flight school. It was a good ride though and have no regrets. I met some pretty extraordinary people over the years and wouldn't trade the formed friendships for anything.

Welcome Linda, I really have enjoyed my co-ownerships and would expect there would be a large pool of individuals to draw from in the Kansas City area. Might post details of your aircraft in the For Sale section, but list it as a co-ownership. At West Houston we have over 24 co-ownership airplanes, great way to build camaraderie and lower those fixed costs.
