Good afternoon,
The name is Mike Milas. I'm a Major in the US Army flying AH-64D Apache helicopters. Additionally, I've been flying GA aircraft off and on since 1999 (majority of it logged at UND when I was in college). I became a member of Beechtalk since I'm interested in purchasing an A36 or B55. I'm in the data mining phase and wanted to get all the information that I can on costs, maintenance trends, systemic problems owners have observed and etc.
I look forward to reading the previous posts prior to adding additional threads.
Thanks for all the help.
Mike

Mike, Welcome to BT. We will gladly help you spend your money. Thanks for the service, and how about a few picks of the Apache. We like anything that flies. Tim

I'm currently stationed at Ft Leavenworth, KS for the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) but I'll be headed down to Ft. Hood, TX this summer.

Mike, one of the Beech Nutz is also based at Levenworth. You should come over to KIXD April 24-27, the Beech Nutz will be conducting a formation clinic. You could do a ride along. Just be aware, we are long with active and old USAF vets.
