Hello guys!
While I'm not a Beech owner yet I have been saving and looking at some different Bonanza models and I think I have decided on trying to find a V35. I'm looking forward to learning a lot here!
Tyler

Cousin Tyler.....? I didn't know the family tree reached to North Dakota. Kidding mode.

Thanks for the reply guys! I thought that now that I have a little more time I would say a little about myself. I have been flying since 2008 but started to fly seriously in 2010. I hold a PPL SEL but I have had some instrument training and would like to finish. I have 134 hours with about 30 as PIC (the 141 school I was at wouldn't let me log dual time after getting my PPL as PIC) Almost all of that time is in G1000 C172s.
My parents live in the Lansing Mi area and while I have always wanted to own my own plane the desire to see them regularly has motivated me more and more to make the plunge. I have always admired Beech products since I was a kid and have always heard great things about them. As I had said above I have been looking at V35s, however, since Lake Michigan is also between them and I, I have also started to consider Barons(55s). I am looking for a plane that I can build up as I go. Something that I can make my own with avionics, paint and other accessories. The hurdle that I have is that I have never flown a Beech. Anyway I am about a year to a year and a half out on making a purchase so I am sure that I will start a topic when I get closer.
Again thanks for the welcome and I look forward to being part of the community!
Tyler
PS Jeff, I think my cousin Jeff wishes he had a BE 300. It would make his business traveling far more enjoyable.
