You could probably write a book on the differences, very different design philosophy between the machines. Both are excellent but different.
The big things I have noticed is that the Bonanza has a much lighter balanced control feel. That said the Mooney has a tighter more direct feel due to the short control throws and direct torque tube connections (no cables). I need to get used to how far you can turn the yoke, the Mooney only rotates about 45 degrees each way and on a typical flight I barely move the yoke, even more fingertip flying than the Bonanza.
In turbulence, the ride is firmer in the Bonanza. The Mooney wing seems to flex more, softening the ride. Also the stronger lateral stability seems to demand less rudder correction in turbulence.
Comfort, well the Mooney is a sports car you put on, you get into the Bonanza for a comfortable ride.
The Mooney requires a lot more planning for speed control. They both cruise at the top of the green but my old Gear/Flap speeds were 100/105 knots vs. 154 on the Bonanza. Also, the Mooney flaps are marginally effective in producing lift and drag vs. the Bonanza.
Landing, the Bonanza is much more forgiving of being fast and the generous strut vs. the Mooney shock discs make the Bonanza easier to get consistent good results.
