Welcome aboard Leif, Nice B58. I see you have boots and an alcohol windshield. Also, I can see you have a Norton radome so you should have onboard Radar. Your Baron looks well equipped to handle most IMC you'll encounter once you get your IFR rating. Build up some hours and get to know the Baron very well before you take on any serious weather.

Where in ND do you reside? I was born in Williston and still have some activity there, and get up there every now and then... but not in the winter.
Looks like a very capable plane... mine is similar. BTW Larry I was born in Crosby, ND, about 70 miles North of Williston. The directions are as follows: Go to the end of the earth Take a right Go another 15 miles and your there!
