Welcome, Brian. Put your location in your profile.
You flew her home from her home. How fitting. Enjoy the plane. Search around here and join ABS.Tons of help for pennies.

Hi Brian-
Welcome to BT -- and congrats on the C33a purchase. I was the proud owner (with one partner) in a C33a for several years until I had to sell last year.
Great planes.
What serial number airplane? Ours was CE-28.
Sounds like you have some Beech time in your logbook, but if you haven't already I'd suggest signing up for a BPPP session soon. The instructors there are as good as it gets and you'll have a ball while you learn a lot. I attended 4 BPPP's and loved every one.
Consider attending a live "Advanced Pilot" seminar. Great stuff and a great time.
If you haven't already, consider reading (in no particular order):
1) Colvin's Clinic -- beech maintenance topics. Available from ABS 2) Flying the Beech Bonanza -- Eckalbar. Also available from ABS 3) All of Deakin's engine management stuff on AvWeb
Read the mail here -- tons of good info. And don't be shy about chiming in!

The C33A debonair model is probably the "best" of the short cabin bonanzas. Welcome and enjoy the new debbie. Leldon

Welcome Brian and congrats on the Deb. Lots of smart pilots on this forum! Research Advanced Pilot Seminars out of Ada, OK if you have not already and by all means read all of BT member John Deakin's Pelican's Perch articles on engine management, found at http://www.avweb.com/news/pelican/182146-1.html. When I first bought my Bo I wish someone would have immeadiately given me this info. Best wishes. Chris

Username Protected wrote: Hi Brian,
You're based at my old stompin' grounds. Had a hangar at Falcon for over 20 years; first for my '66 Deb (C33) and then for my V35B. Know that airport pretty well! Just curious.....what is the wait now for a hangar and what are they going for monthly?
Got a few good friends still up there, (I'm way down in the southern part of AZ now). One has a '70 V35B (N61DB) parked in the covered tie-downs, another has a factory '68 V35ATC (N31TC) in "Papa" hangar, and the other one has a hangar with a sweet M35 in it. They're "older" fellas long-since retired, but real savvy when it comes to all things Bonanzas! Enjoy your Deb, it is one sweet airplane!
PS. Saw Pegasus when it was first developed. Didn't know they had "public" hangars available. Isn't it a private fly-in airpark/community? Thanks for the response Kim, I'm in a covered tie-down right now and hope to move into a box hangar at Chandler in the next few weeks. I don't know specifics, but the wait at Falcon is still way too long! Regarding Pegasus, yes it's private, but some of the privately owned hangars are being leased to "outsiders"...happy flying!
