Well I have been on the board for a little while now but have not had a chance to introduce my self. Have learned a ton on info on here.
Hi my Name is Lucas English 32 years old have a beautiful family. Wife Juvy, Daughter Autumn 6 years old and Marcus 4 years old. I have had my pilot license since I was 17, But never really had the drive for flying till the last few years. I had just at 40hrs last year which is not much I know but its more then I have gotten since training days. I have over 20hrs this year and hope to push my self close to 100hr this year. Have just over 200hr in the Bo over the last 14years.
Due to my business and that my Dad has a house in Tucson I have good reasons to fly now. Making 2 trips to Las Vegas for tunning now and 4 trips back and forth from Tucson to Camas (1W1 AVQ) Dad lost his medical a few years back so he enjoys taking some of the trips with me.
I own a high performance auto shop specializing in Mitsubishi, Honda, Subaru and Toyotas. We have our own AWD Dyno for tuning and testing. We have built several 122cu in 4 cylinders that have made over 1000whp and run mid to high 8s in the 1/4mi. I have 5 employs and 2 of us are well known tunners in the US. I am hopping I can start using the Bo more for trips up and down the west coast for Mitsubishi tuning days.
If any of you care about these kinda of car here is a link to my youtube chanal and web site
http://www.youtube.com/user/lucasenglish?feature=mhsnhttp://www.EnglishRacing.netI had the chance to also do a pilot assisted annual this year on the S35 which was great experience getting to know the Bo better. Really do feel sorry for our interior. I know why parts of it can look so beat up getting torn apart every year.
I think I i have been loving flying so much because I loving the challenge and really like working the radios. I don't mind if I get yelled at I guess. I always use flight following and try my best to not let them toss me off. On my trip to Tucson I go over Phoenix which is a fun radio work out and some times they are making be do figure 8s to keep clear
. Also flying into north Las Vegas ( VGT) gets a good radio work out for me. Guess back when I got my license I could fly the Bo well but the preparation and radios made me nervous. I am also in a lot better financial situation now. So paying for fuel and helping with Mantance is much easer.
The only thing I would like to add to our S35 is some tip tanks so I can make the Trip from 1w1 to AVQ in one shot.
I am hoping to get time to start working on my instrument rating this year. So the great NW weather cant keep me down as much. Summer mons anyway

Hope this i not to long or confusing. I feel like I could write a book and I am not a very good writer
