A few months ago, I purchased a 49 A35 (N146D) E-225. I intend to start repairing it soon so here I am. It's a decent A35. Had a $30,000 annual in 2004 before being stuffed in a hanger. No speed restrictions on it now. The E-225 developed low oil pressure immediately after having the prop taken off and put back on. That's why it was parked. I'm thinking the hydro prop is dumping pressure via a bypass. Just a guess. I don't get how a 900 hr engine drops oil pressure when the prop is R & R 'd. Anyway, this was probably not the place to start this. Look forward to knowing you all!
