Hello everyone.

Kier Staeheli with a very recently acquired D55 and rating to go with it. As a continuing "Mooney Driver", I am new to the Beech world and am pleased to find all the helpful people on this site as I take in all knowledge, tips, do's, dont's that are offered. I am happy to respond with anything I know as well but being a Newbie puts me in the position of taking more than giving... at least for now.

What's your home base? There are a number of Kalifornia based Beech drivers here.

Welcome Kier, and great looking Baron. It's good to have you here on BT. The community is very helpful and it's run by a couple of excellent moderators. For a second, I thought that other airplanes tail was actually a winglet. I like the 2 blade props too, probably light and fast.

Welcome Kier, it is hard to explain the feeling of pushing those throttles forward and launching off the runway, isn't it? You will like it as an instrument platform even more.

You will never have to look at passenger luggage and bite your nails again. BPPP in your future? Enjoy!
