Hello everyone, Andy Facer here. I'm a new member and have heard great things about BT. I own Facer Insurance Agency in IL which specializes in all things aviation. Our agency has been in business since 1951 and was founded by my father C.E. "Chuck" Facer. I bought the firm from him 10 years ago. I will be a sponsor shortly and even if you just need some advice, don't hesitate to contact me. It seems aviation insurance has many "urban legends" regarding policies, coverage items and premiums. I'll be happy to try and help you sort through everything from non-owned coverage, to open pilot warranties, to what you can charge others for use of your plane. Aviation insurance can be technical, but it doesn't have to be confusing and it certainly should not be a hassle.

Andy has been our insurance provider for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his agency. They really go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need and nothing you don't. What's more, when we have a claim, he stays involved and makes sure we are well taken care of. Andy is the real deal....a rare find in the insurance business. I highly recommend him!
