Hi Folks,

Glad to find this forum...! I look forward to getting involved and learning a bunch....!

We just bought a very nice 1977 F33A that will fit the family flying role perfectly. I am busy reading books trying to figure out how to fly with all this new fangled equipment! Aspen, 530w, SL30, and 696... all very cool stuff for a round dial guy.

Look forward to chatting with you all....

Welcome Jeff.

You'll find many helpful and knowledgeable people here, willing to give you lots of sage advice. However, they won't give you nuthin' if you don't post some pictures of your plane and panel :D

You related to Rush?

No advice 'til we see the photos.

Just kidding. Welcome to the Beech owner's fraternity, and welcome to BeechTalk. I've been on here for a long while and have learned a lot and made a lot of nice friends.

Here's to a long affair with the Bonanza, I'm sure you will enjoy your plane.

Sweet ride man.

Looks like there's an extra appendage on the empennage though? :D

Now...you really do have an airplane, as the pictures prove.

Very nice. Does the radar display on the GNS530?

I think that he's referring to that pregnant egg looking appendage on the right wing. BWTHDIK

The appendage is a paper weight I'm afraid... but it is bigger than the A36 coffee cup holders!

But seriously, its a Bendix radar. Hopefully we won't ever get close enough to see if it really works!

That one didn't bother me so much, heck put one on the other side and it would look like drop tanks :D , no I was referring to the extra drag inducing control surface on the tail :duck:  :harhar: :dancing:
