Hey everyone, I’m Arlyn. I’m an FAA-certified A&P mechanic with airframe and powerplant ratings, been in the field since 2013. Based in North Dakota. I've had several events in this journey but the one moment that really stuck with me was back in March 2016, during a late-night inspection when we were racing a weather window. Found an issue that could’ve grounded the aircraft the next morning, but after a long night and a lot of teamwork, we got it sorted safely and on schedule. Nights like that really shaped how I approach the job. Happy to be here and looking forward to connecting, swapping stories, and learning from other folks in the industry.

Tell us more about the issue that night in March 2016.
