Hello! Just joined and I recently started my flight training again after many many years of being out of flying. Going for my PPL.
We have a 4400' paved runway on our farm and I am interested in buying a Sundowner for building time.

I'm in Tyler, Tx. We have a Rockwell aero commander 100. its a 1968 model with 1200 Total hours. Its a great plane but small cabin. I did my training years ago in a Cherokee 140. I will build time with the plane we have after getting my PPL. But will sell that to hopefully get a beech!

Welcome to BT! Isn't that a high wing aircraft between a 152 and 172?
Curious....
