Hello all. I am a proud new owner of a 1952 C35 that has been in my wife's family for 61 years. My wife's great grand father purchased this beauty in 1962, he flew it until my father in law took over. Now I have stepped up and hope to continue flying her as long as possible.

So Patrick, I was active on your other thread about whether or not to upgrade this plane to make it IFR certified. I can now see that this is a family heirloom from your wife's side. Are you sure she would be okay with you selling it? I was a strong proponent of you selling it to purchase a plane that better suits your mission, but now that I know more about the plane's history that may not be an option for you. Happy wife happy life.
