Hello everyone. I’ve been lurking and looking for a while now during my search for the right plane over the last couple of years. I’ve finally found and purchased a 1971 F33A. Thank you all for the advice and information contained here. It’s been super helpful during this process. I’ve joined ABS, in process of completing BPPP, and I am looking at attending the Beech Party in October if the plane is out of the avionics shop by then.

Are you in a fly in community? Diamondhead, perhaps? If so, wife and I did an AirBnB there earlier this year. Neat place.

It is Diamondhead. However, that’s the home of the previous owner. I don’t live there, unfortunately.
