Unable to adjust seat back. Has a lever to adjust but nothing happens. Underside of seat Appears to have a crescent shaped ratchet where seat meets seat- back. Also has a cylinder surrounded by spring. How do I repair?

Welcome Steve. Good looking bo! I had an A35 for quite a few years, and the passenger and pilot seat backs do not adjust. The passenger seat can be folded forward to allow rear passengers in, but does not adjust. I would be surprised to learn I am wrong, but then again, I have been wrong many times before.
