Hi Ladies & Gents,

I'm a contract Part 135 pilot typically flying E90's, mostly medevac in the Southern US.

Looking to help a friend acquire a BE58. Looking for good spreadsheets on operating & ownership cost, maintenance, ect. I'll be helping him with flying, ownership, maintenance, ect. Trying to come up to speed on these birds as much as possible. Have a good but of P Baron and A36 time, but no straight Baron time.

I have a good bit of data on FF vs. TAS. Essentially I see between 7-8 nautical miles per gallon of 100LL. This is using LOP Ops, if you like to go faster then use 7. As for Maintenance, pretty much double the costs on a Bonanza. You may need to think about hangar as the Baron is wider and in my case I had to upgrade the hangar to fit. The Insurance will vary widely with the experience of the pilot but expect a big jump for new twin pilots.
