Good afternoon all, I am a new owner of an amazing B55 Baron that I purchase this past October 2021 and can't say enough about working with Neal Schwartz. My previous aircraft, purchased in 2017 was a beautiful 1988 F33A with tip tanks that I believed would be the last aircraft I would own after updating the panel with GFC 500 and G3X. I reluctantly made a decision to the sell the Bonanza in 2021 and move to a Baron because of my wife's fear to fly in a single engine. The transition to the Baron was fairly easy because I already had about 800 multi time. Some in Beechcraft but mostly in a Twin Comanche I owned for more than 13 years. I decided I wanted to work with Neal on the sale of my Bonanza and I knew he was highly regarded on Beechtalk. I have to say! the good gut feeling I had after meeting Neal in person to take photos of the Bonanza is an understatement! Neal Schwartz is a man of great Integrity and knowledge that represents both buyer and seller with the same honesty and respect. Neal was able to sell my Bonanza within a week to fine gentleman in WA state. The real challenge was now to find a Baron in my budget that could even come close to what I already had. Neal promised me that If I were patient he would find me the perfect plane to fit my needs. After about 4 months of searching! Neal found me the most amazing B55 I have ever seen that was owned by the most amazing Southern California gentleman. He had decided to sell after 5 years of ownership and over 350k in upgrades to include Victor XR Black Edition engines with 10 Year warranty, GFC 600 autopilot and an amazing interior by Tim Hallock of Aviation Design and the list goes on!! I just returned to New York from my first long trip to Sun&Fun 2022. It was an unforgettable trip in the Baron. Baron's are definitely the queen of the piston twin fleet. I would highly recommend Neal to anyone looking to buy or sell an airplane. Happy & Safe Flying Season to all! Nick

Sven, Thanks for the compliments. It's an amazing airplane! If you are speaking about Roger! He is one fine man. I couldn't be more honored to know him and to have his Baron.

I Had a similar issue where some old bill of sale needed to be corrected. Neal is a stickler for all the paperwork being in order!

Neal's your guy, even if he doesn't make the sale.
When I decided to sell my Bonanza, I had all but signed on the dotted line with Neal. He had been very forthcoming during our discussions with information and advice, but I had some other things going on that diverted my attention from beginning the process with him.
Early on, I had mentioned to friends that I was going to sell, but had not posted it publicly anywhere. Low and behold, a new neighbor of one of the those friends had said to him, "I'm looking for a Bonanza." Way leads on to way, and our discussions lead to an offer.
When I advised Neal of this, he was as gracious and professional as I'd could have hoped. (In fact, it was what I expected of him, knowing his reputation.)
If you're looking for a airplane broker, you can't go wrong with Neal.
