GreetingsThanks and hope to enjoy this group, here is my intro summary.My name is Joe 'nighthawk' Hernandez, 75 y/o and a stroke survivor since 2011 Started to deal with airplanes at the age of 9 by washing, vacuum cleaning airplanes in my aunty and her husband aircraft business Got my private license at the age of 17. Logged 27,000++ hours in turbos with over 65% in Vietnam for 4 years as a Mohawk OV-1 driver. Commercial, Instrument, and multi-engine which I relinquished after my stroke and becoming disabled. Used to own a 1972 King Air C90 for 6 years. My home airport is Albert Whitted (KSPG) in Saint Petersburg Fl where I still reside about 2 blocks from the airport. Still enjoy flying around Florida using X-Plane 11 and/or MSFS2020 flight simulators. A fervent follower of Douglas S. Carmody and Tom Clemens.
