I have a v35B with 15 year old wing bolts with 350 hrs. There is no rust on them as they look brand new. Does Beech state that they have to be replaced every 15 years?

For USA Part 91 operations, you don’t need to replace your wing bolts on a fixed schedule.

Whether or not Beech has a “mandatory” service bulletin, is not binding on those kinds of operations. Only if there’s an AD is it going to be a requirement.
