Hi All,

I’m new here and was thrilled to close on Debonair N3765Q last month, purchased from BT member Rodrigo Santos. I think some of you will be familiar with the plane since Rod is no stranger here and posted as he put a lot of love into upgrades over the past few years.

The buying process was a breeze thanks in no small part to Neal Schwartz, who was working on behalf of Rod but made my first purchase experience a dream. From helping arrange a test flight and driving to meet in person, to insurance, even a lead on local hangar space, he was always just a quick text away and went far beyond what I ever expected. I also want to publicly thank Rod for flying the plane up to Oregon for the closing. It was an incredibly classy experience all around.

I recently got my private in a 172 and was hesitant at making the leap to a TN550 and such a capable plane, but after reading some threads on here and elsewhere I decided to make the jump with an eye on training. I start BPPP training next week and can’t wait to get in the air.

See you all around!

Hi Travis

Wow, your plane looks amazing  , you must be so stoked!

Nice to hear about Neal, he is held in very high regard.

Your training should be a lot of great fun, well done!

Oh, and welcome to BT. Beautiful first post, thanks for the pictures. You certainly arrived in style!

Congratulations on a nice looking Deb. You'll love it. I learned to fly at Troutdale back in the 70s. My dad based his F33A there for decades. Brings back great memories.
