Aircraft: Baron 58

I'm not actually a pilot, and I don't own a Beechcraft, much less any plane. I'm just a retired guy who is learning X-Plane 11.50, and I've kinda fallen in love with the Baron 58. I was searching for info on the Prop and Mixture controls and how they should be used, and it led me to this forum. I hope this is okay. If sim pilots are frowned on, I'll disappear. If not, then I'll bet there's a wealth of information contained herein!
