Hadn’t been out of the hangar since 2002 but sure cleaned up nice!

The ruddevators are good.

Should be a great little project to get going and everything seems to work so far other than the carburetor. Does anyone sell diaphragms for the pressure carbs?

Tips are welcome.

Well done!

I've always very much enjoyed cleaning something that's been left for years. Recently it was the family house of a friend, after decades. What a feeling to remove the dust.

Has the interior turned up as clean?

N133M is registered in Tulare California. The Golden Age Flight Museum comes up as Bakersfield California. Close enough?

Don’t know about diaphragms, but this appears to be a reasonable solution.

Looks like you are off to the races! Good luck and please share your progress. We all love photos and positive outcomes. Looks like a happy ending is in the offing. A lot more fun to see than the sad "parting out" stories. :peace:
