How do you like living over there? We enjoy it. Lee county has quite the snowbird population. We pretty well double the people here in winter months. Summer is very laid back. No problem getting into your favorite restaurant on a Friday night at last minute. We are in an Airpark here and the only regret so far is why we didn't move sooner. Only downside is the hurricanes but southwest Florida has a geographic hiccup and avoids most of the big stuff. Normally we also get 10 days notice on any potential storms as well nowadays. Having an airplane can allow for last minute evacuations. Good luck in finding your airplane. I was getting pretty turned off of buying before finding mine. A lot of junk out there.
